Don't waste your money

The resale site sold me a "pair" of shoes that one was like new the other was worn out. The ad only showed the good shoe. Definitely not a pair of shoes. I have been on a customer service treadmill ever since with no one taking responsibility or even caring that I was scammed
I will new buy from Frye or RECURATE ever. I would have gotten better support from ebay.

Terrible Customer Service

I have been a loyal customer of Frye Boots for almost 30 years. I recently purchased a pair of boots where the shipping company claimed they were delivered and they weren't. Later they changed the status to being held for pick. I reached out to the Frye Boots to make sure they had used the correct address, etc. The response was you didn't pay for the shipping insurance so we will not assist you. These weren't cheap boots mind you. I was able to reach out to the shipping company and thankfully their customer service was quite good. Frye had not put my street address on the shipping label and that is why they weren't delivered. After jumping through a few hoops the shipping company was able to get my boots delivered the next day. Kudos to the shipping company. My response to Frye Customer service was, after 30 years I will no longer be a Frye customer, please remove my contact information from all your databases. Frye Customer Services response to that was, no problem we will remove your contact information. Apparently Frye has no need of loyal customers or repeat customers.

STAY AWAY FROM FRYE

I have purchased 3 handbags, a wallet and a pair of boots from Frye. On two of the handbags, the handles broke. After numerous emails and phone calls back and forth with the company, one bag was eventually repaired, however it was very poor quality which Frye would not "guarantee". For the second bag, I was told the quality guarantee was only for 30 days from purchase. To retail their products at prices that compete with better products, the lack of a quality guarantee is unacceptable. Save your money and buy a more reputable brand that will add value as the years go on.

Poor quality & NO GUARANTEE

I used to love Frye products. That is until I learned that Frye doesn't even stand behind its quality claim. After normal use, 2 of my 3 Frye bags developed broken handles/clasps holding the straps to the bag. After jumping through NUMEROUS hoops, the first bag was sent to be repaired, and upon its return, was slip-shoddy quality at best. For the second bag, my option was, again, to have the bag sent away, at my expense, to be repaired, but Frye would not GUARANTEE the work. This is unacceptable! I have spent thousands of dollars on their products, and was told they will only warranty then up to 30 days. DO NOT BUY FRYE!

One of the worst customer service in retail

Imagine an online retailer that is EXCLUSIVELY online not allowing their customer to exchange a pair of boots for a half size bigger. I offered to pay restocking fee and shipping and they just would not budge. The item is final sale but again I'm not asking for a refund just a half size bigger. I don't get it. They still get rid of their inventory and customer pays to get the right pair. Talk about HORRIBLE service. And their customer service line just kept repeating the same thing. Would never recommend buying from a company that wont go a little extra for the customer.

The Frye Company is completely…

The Frye Company is completely dishonest. I had been saving up for an eternity to purchase a pair of Frye boots. I am a single mom of 5 so I rarely get an opportunity to splurge on myself.

The second time I wore my boots the inner lining tore at the heel as I slipped my foot inside.

I reached out to Frye to start a return. They requested pictures of the torn liner and after some sort of deliberation they decided to honor my request and sent me the return labels.

Imagine my surprise when a package arrived at my doorstep three days ago and inside was the boots I had sent back and a letter explaining that I did not meet their criteria for a return.

This is simply beyond the pale. The Frye company stole my hard working money- they sent me a product that was defective and did not honor their return- the return they approved after seeing pictures.

The Frye Company has the worst customer service I have EVER experienced. Buyer beware.

Worst company ever

Worst company ever! They sell squeaky shoes and their quality is lousy ! They block customers from calling and will not give address to send complaints! But they don’t stop sending advertisements and text messages! They sell 400-600 dollars squeaky shoe !! Don’t buy from Frye!!

Do not buy from this brand

I've never left a review on any product but feel too compelled here not to. For those who don't feel like reading my ramblings to follow, just heed everyone's advice here and DO NOT BUY FRYE!!!!

Ordered a pair of boots a while back, they were fine, but by no means worth $300 of my hard earned cash.

The other week I saw a sale on two shirts. Pictures looked great. Size was right. I bought two.

Of the two, I haven't received one and the customer support refuses to help me out.

Some reasons to boycott this company and get them off the face of the earth:
- Poor quality. Worse than anything else I've ever worn (this is NOT an exaggeration).
- Terrible customer service (also, some of the worst I've seen).
- Never delivered 1/2 of my order (stole money).
- Shirt was in wrong color.
- Shirt was in wrong size.
- Shirt is an overall piece of (fill in the blank).

Don't buy from this brand. You've been warned. If only I had seen this page two weeks ago...

The FRYE Company is deceptive

The FRYE Company is deceptive. I paid around $47.50 for FedEx 2Day shipping, which was said to arrive in 2-3 business days. I ordered on a Saturday. By Thursday afternoon (four business days later--Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday), the bag had not arrived. Notwithstanding this indisputable arithmetic, the customer care team at FRYE said that delivery by Thursday was within their FedEx 2Day shipping promise. This company is so deceptive they will tell you 1 + 1 + 1 +1 = 3. Imagine how deceptive they must be about the quality of their product.

Poor Service and bought used boots

I bought boots and what a terrible experience.

1) My boots I bought the tread was falling off so I asked for a replacement. They said do a return and repurchase, which was fine. However, they charged me a return fee.

2) I bought a second pair of boots and when I get them one boot is clearly used and the other is kind of used. I am pissed and call and they say no problem full refund. However, guess what when I go to their website and look at my credit card I was charged a return fee yet again.

Overall, just getting customer service on the phone was hard. Getting a response to an email was harder and the boots are POOR quality.

Just junk boots.
